I have been fucked over for DAYS with my comp. After uninstalling the spyware it managed to fuck my Windows install too. I had 180solutions on my comp, and some other shit spyware program. What's the purple gorilla one? Somehow I had that installer put on my computer too. I want to seriously fucking beat the heads in of people who work for those companies. I never even installed those programs, I think they got in through I.E. defects. I use Firefox now and I haven't had any of that shit since. Norton has caught installers on TGP pages several times, even on some big TGP/MGPs.... imagine all the surfers WITHOUT Norton or any anti-virus? No wonder signups are going down slowly, so many surfers are having link codes replaced by spyware....

They told me they REFUSE to go any tgp's/freesites/paysites becuase of the spyware from them that has fucked up their comps. They only porn sites they feel safe to go to are torrent sites. Now, we wonder why sales are declining...

Spam got us into alot of the issues we are dealing with today such as processing/spam regulations etc...

I just find it funny that you can be totally fine with spamming someone's mailbox not knowing how old or young that person may be plus it being UNSOLICITED. However if someone installs adware totally knowing what they are installing (because they have to agree to a terms of service before installation).

I can't believe people tolerate, let alone think SPAM is ok. SPAM fucking sucks. Plain and simple. It takes time to delete, it takes time to setup filters and it really sucks when important emails get flagged as spam.

I think spammers are created from the same shit heap that the malware / spyware people are created from. It's sad so many people around here "tolerate" it. Dealing with spam wastes my time and everyone elses time. Let's say I charge $100 / hour consulting fees. If I figure I spend 20-30 minutes each day filtering out spam from my regular emails that filters don't pick up across multiple email accounts, spammers are costing me ~$1000 - $1500 per month in wasted time.

Why do you guys care how other people make money? It's hard enough to make a decent buck online, you should focus your time on your own efforts rather than trying to call others out.

Whether or not DH does what you are all accusing him of doing is besides the point, he's not doing anything illegal so that is as far as that should go. You may think you are causing him to lose business but he is laughing because of how stupid your efforts are. He will continue to make money whether you cry about his business or not.

I am however on a crusade to stop affiliate programs from supporting any " installer" companies that hijack OUR HARD EARNED TRAFFIC THAT WE PAID FOR.

I agree. I once lost a huge order, back when I was selling content; due to spam filters. The client was pissed that I didn't reply to his order when in fact it never really reached me. It was tossed along with about 105 spams that came in during the weekend. I found out via irate phone call 3-4 days later.
