ePassport block my account for *2 months*! - GoFuckYourself.com

I sent them picture of my driving permit, picture of my Amex credit card bill, and THEY STILL DIDN'T ENABLE IT!!
ePass Michael just keep saying me he sent it to the AccountVerification department for the last 2 weeks (Amex bill was only sent 2 weeks ago), and he don't get answer from them! Is this a service?

I have a lot of money in my account...
One thing for sure, from now one no more then $400 in the account - I'm going to cash-out everything but this small ammount ASAP, so if this thing happens again, I won't have to worry so much...

i had the same problem, and it took them 3 months to get my account working again
