i played hockey. there really wasn't a choice. showering after practice at the rink was standard. but gym class? i don't know if the showers even worked in the school locker room.

We didn't have showers so we only changed our shorts

when i was on the swim team we shared a locker room with the indoor track team. their coach MADE them take nude showers after pratice. he was always the first one in and the last one out. one time he missed a pratice and still showered with them. few years ago he got busted with CP, I was not shocked

never had a problem with it, in hockey they forced us to take showers after a game or practice to "bond" more :1orglaugh

Not at all, just did what I had to do and left.

In four years I didn't see even one person use the shower in gym class.
My old neighbor once told me that it was common for high schools to require the boys gym class to swim nude. This was of course a long time ago. I found it hard to believe, but found accounts of it written online. |

i was fortunate enough to have a locker next to a friend of mine that had the smallest dick you've ever seen (no his name wasnt JUICY)
as a result... anyone near him could be proud to let it swing free =] |
In 7th and 8th grade it was mandatory to take showers (wearing shorts or underwear was not an option) kids were always trying to wear shorts or underwear in the showers so they started making us all open up our towels after each shower to show them we were not wearing shorts or underwear. It seemed wrong then and it still seems wrong today. Once I got in highschool I did not see one person my entire 4 years take a shower.

i'm still not over ANY of it, and i'm almost 40.

Our school locker room is a very sinful place..
|
We never had to take showers but the threat was there. The kids older than us remembered having to take them but in my whole time in school we never had to taken them but we were always threatened that the school was deciding we needed them. The excuse was that it took to long for the hot water to get part of the school but when I think back I am sure it was more likely them not wanting to be sued by a parent. For once I am happy for lawyers.
