Anyone have instructions on hacking WP to handle affiliate ID's for a hosted blog?

I lost my notes on it and want to send to someone.

Easiest way is to make a theme that includes some PHP code that checks if a NATS / Affiliate code is present, and sets up a session creating the resultant link code.

Inside the blog template, just include the session information.

This prevents leaks when people click all around the site.

there is a plugin out there that allows you you to insert php code in posts, just use that with some more small php code, and there you go

You then have the problem of carrying the code over the rest of the links though.. to be totally successful, the surfer should be able to click anywhere in the site, then click a link and have it still tracked.
