Fuki Sushi in Palo Alto, Cali. I tend to sit at the bar and order random favorites until the belly can't take any more.

Seto in Sunnyvale, Cali gets an honorable mention (not their lunch place, the sit-down).

Great stuff.

Yu on the corner of Valencia and Aribau in the Eixample in Barcelona.
My favorite is anything with tuna. Mmmmmmmm.
There is actually better Sushi in BCN but the sushi at Yu is very good and the vibe is great.

Tanpopo in Vancouver is the only place I've ever been to that serves wild pacific Sockeye salmon instead of shitty farm salmon... Every time I go I order 20-30 pieces of salmon sashimi

That would probably be Sushi Roku... A little over priced for what you get, but it's still pretty good!
