Merchant Solutions International

I just got spammed by someone claiming to be Merchant Solutions International. In fact, the email seems to have come from a former iBill rep and it was addressed to my iBill admin email address.

Does anyone know anything about this?

Is Merchant Solutions International related to Merchant Solutions and/or iBill?

Have former iBill reps somehow secured iBill webmaster account data and are using it for other companies?

Here's the email I got today:

I dont know, but I would surprised if they were not. Both companies are unscrupulous, blatant scammers.

So what happened with iBill's Etelegate game - is that one already over and they're moving on to Merchant Solutions International next?

I'm still waiting for my gkard reserves to be released from their last 'safe' processing scheme.

I agree -- I'd stay clear away from them!

Just noticed they even state ownership on at least one of these websites Dino...

Interactive Brand Development, Inc. (OTCBB: IBDI) is a sales, marketing and media company that owns interests in online and offline media properties. IBDI handles sales and marketing, as well as client services for online debit card processing through its wholly owned subsidiary, Cardstream, Inc. IBDI owns a minority interest in Penthouse Media Group (PMG), publisher of Penthouse Magazine, a brand-driven global entertainment business founded in 1965 by Robert C. Guccione.
Obviously still trying to live off a "minority interest" in PMG - gimme a break

No kidding!

For all of us who have been shafted by iBill, lets make sure that the newbies at least have a clear warning beacon about this latest incarnation - they can decide for themselves whether or not to do business with them, but they should know that iBill History 101 is probably a must in evaluating this latest setup.

What are these guys thinking? Do they really believe their prior baggage isn't going to be nailed to their asses?

Unfortunately, many WMs are desperate for processing and step in their traps..

Doubt they will give up until they are thrown in jail man - and suspect the history will catch up with them kinda soon.

It's ironic that a third party processor can have convicted fraudsters on it board and still expect to do biz - tho, hell - there are more than "just" convicted fraudsters - down in illegal drug manufacturing and very questionable money movements. There seems to be a lot of cash that needs moving

Definately worth while publicising the fact that these three corps are the same people and warning any newbies

In our case we were still about 5 figures a month when we were moved to Etelegate from Gkard. Shortly before the last payout the stats at Etelegate suddenly changed and it all evaporated...I think our last wire was about $80.

I know the name on the MSI email is of a former Ibill employee. Pretty audacious that they would send that out to a list of clients who's assholes are still raw from Etelegate.

Sheesh man...

Suppose the angle depends on agreements, if any, with Etelegate - are you chasing this thru courts or law enforcement?

I'm amazed at the lack of activity on webmaster side for collection of their debts. Managed to get all funds out of iBill a few years back - so have no valid claims left with em.

So I guess their legal team is better than that of law enforcement to be able to continuously leave webmasters waiting for money (which probably will never arrive) and start up new untouchable (from past sins) businesses?

Do you think DOJ is leaving them alone on the notion that maybe they will help them in their fight to put adult webmasters out of business?

This particular iBill rep was one of the many who personally assured me that webmasters owed money by iBill would be paid what they were owed.

Why do these ZERO credibility characters even bother to keep pushing a dead horse?
