    someone...give me a good diet that works fast

    I just need to lose like 15-20 pounds, so if you've lost that kind of weight fast please say how you did it.

    I was on Atkins and it worked great for a while but I think it fucks your body up, really unhealthy so I went off of it.

    My day job is really active and I sweat a lot, but I get home from it and I'm starved and eat junk food as soon as I walk in the door, or go through the drive-thru on the way home.

    So if you've lost a little weight tell me what to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

        try that cabbage soup diet. the soup makes you burn more calories than you take in from the stuff. make a shit load of it and consume only it for like four or five days. that'll get ya started.

          Breakfast:
          Three egg white omelete over toast and one slice of fat-free american cheese
          Snack:
          Celery with fat-free cottage cheese
          Lunch:
          Tuna fish sandwich with fat-free mayo and dijon mustard and lettuce.
          Snack:
          Steamed vegis
          Dinner:
          Fat-free chicken breast with steamed vegis

          *WORK OUT* at least 20 minutes of blood-pumping cardio every day (jacking off does not count)
          Drink a protien shake (jacking off AGAIN does not count) to replenish your body.

          Tons of water.

          Don't set your goals too high or you will be discouraged and stop trying very quickly.

            Drink lots of water... quit eating the junk food no matter how bad you want it, eat a banana instead... take cayenne pepper pills, you can get them from a GNC store... do a few hundred crunches a night and run a mile at least.. walk if you can't do that...

                    I used to lose 4-5 pounds before wrestling tournaments to get in my weight class. Try putting a garbage bag on, like cut holes for your head and arms and put sweat shirts and a heavy jacket on and job or jump rope.

                    Baked potato with no butter for dinner works...

                    Also try cutting down from 2% or whatever to 1% or skim milk..

                          yeah but I work outdoors near 2 pizza places and ice cream trucks all day long and it's so hot out and they call to me

                                            i need serious help too... i used to swim 8-10 miles a day, lift weights 3 times a week and do a couple hundred abs, pushups almost every day...

                                            now i do no exercising since i quit it last summer...

                                            i probably eat 25% of what i used to eat, i still gained weight, about 25 lbs.

                                            i guess the only way is to do some exercise again

                                              When I do leg workouts all I can think about is Jello... 'cause that's what my legs feel like.

                                                  That sounds about right. My friend decided to lose some weight about 2 months ago; he cut out the junk food and purchased a membership to a gym and he's lost 21 pounds so far.

                                                              If you're serious about losing weight then join Weight Watchers (you can buy the program online if you don't want to go to meetings) and exercise regularly. Weight Watchers is one of the ONLY truly healthy diets on the market. The majority of the other diets out there (atkins, suzanne somers, etc.) REALLY fuck up your system long term. Also, don't take any pills or anything like that...they can be dangerous and are not a long term solution. With Weight Watchers, you can expect to lose about 5 pounds in the first week and then about 2 per week after that, if you follow the rules and exercise too. I lost a bunch of weight (40 pounds about a year ago) with them in conjuction with exercising, and I've kept it off as well. I used to be...umm...curvy and now I'm nice and tight

                                                                I have been waking up and running a couple miles before breakfast , eat a coupl egg whites, a banana and a protein shake...

                                                                Lunch some veggies and protein shake

                                                                4pm goto gym work out , play some hoops
                                                                protein shake after work out


                                                                6:30pm Dinner: 2 chicken breasts
                                                                terraki sauce or bbq applied lightly.

                                                                Then go run a mile or so before last couple hours of work is done....

                                                                            If you are a meat eater now, go vegetarian. It's weird how your body cleans itself out very quickly and burns off unnecassry stuff. You will feel like a new man as well as you will look like one too. Work out consistantly. If you don't like weights cardio will do it for you. Drink lots of water.

                                                                            I know this sounds simple but it has changed quite a few people I know. It knocked 5 years off their faces and completely trimmed them down! I tried it for a while as well. I've never had more than 9% bodyfat so it didn't trim me down too much but I did feel fantastic. Your stomach will literally shrink and you will realize how stupid we are for feeling like we have to eat so often. This will show you you don't and you will stop eating so often even after you start eating meat again.
