Celebrity sites
got a question,
there are sites like Nude Celebs Revue, Celeb Ticket, Roger Celeb etc. which get paid by surfers for having those celebrity pics online right... I don't understand why they are allowed to sell those pics, do they own them? is there a place where they can buy the license to all those pics? I downloaded some of their promo content and the pics look like bad scans of some magazines... just wondering

That is called "public domain". That's really a great thing because somebody started the internet (it is to be said it was found in a very deep cave) and there it was. All the images where on the internet, like for free!!
