VBulletin Revokes licence of site with Questionable content

That's fucked, first directnic is playing internet police, now software vendors are? I'm not familiar with that site, but that site doesn't even appear to be that bad...

And then they wonder why people crack and redistribute their software... What a bunch of tools.

um, if you lease software and are doing something they don't like with it, they have every right to pull the plug

It just seems that their strong "morals" are not so strong when their business is at stake. That pisses me off.

if they own the software and the customer is leasing the software, they have every right to do what they want with the software THEY OWN

I don't know anything about that site, but some people in the comments section seem to be insinuating the site had anime C P. Not sure what the legalities are on that. I assume it is perfectly legal since it is just cartoons, LOL.

That's what someone commented on Digg. Child porn involves the exploitation and corruption of children. With hentai, manga or whatever the hell it is, none of that happens.
