I don't think hubby was the only one who was screwed with that tape. I don't know Jordan, but if she's admitting HER friend "leaked" the pics, it doesn't sound kosher to me. I suspected her new husband had shown a few friends to show off and then they leaked it, but it looks like she was in full control.
I also don't think Steve had anything to do with it, and I agree with MikeAI that striking while the iron's hot is the best thing you can do at this point.

The story certainly sounds kind of fishy and Steve might actually be behind the whole thing. But if he is.................

It's a marketing stunt. Nobody gets hurt. Nobody gets scammed. The only people that need to worry are the ones that try to make any money off the tape that don't have the right to use it.
If Steve is telling the truth and Jordan is willing to sell him the rights to the tape then why in the hell would he not try to make some money off it? Steve had said that he had offered her money to do hardcore and she turned it down. Well now the tape is out there so what are they both going to do, just let everyone see it for free.
