Does Spry hosting suck or are they good?
I'm kind of a newbie, so maybe my expectations are not right for this. I've got a new site and exceeded the bandwidth for the plan I have. It is only the first month, so the bandwidth needed was unpredictable and honestly I don't know much about how to estimate hosting needs. That said, I started getting messages this week telling me I was close to exceeding bandwidth and to contact the system admin. There was no 411 on who the system admin might be, so I just contacted the billing department. I believe I made it very clear to the billing department that I wished to just be charged for any overage. Yet my site was turned off today. I went out drinking last night and only discovered the site had been offline late in the day after it was offline for quite some time. Now I am having trouble raising tech support.
This could just be newbie growing pains on my part or it could be a bad web host. What have other people's experiences been with Spry? |
