I need to buy quality traffic , I need to queue a list of webmasters and other owners who can provide quality traffic to my site. The site is still under construction and is coming soon. Users will be able to pay to watch films per minutes and will contain as much as everything and top of the line films not like others.

Everytime I see a thread talking about bought traffic not converting, they say you are an idiot, if these people could convert the traffic into sales, they wouldn't sell it. The best I have been able to get is that the traffic purchased is for trading traffic. True?
