I was wondering how you go about finding about new affiliate programs for more specific or harder to find niches?

Me personally, I get Xbiz, AVN and Klixxx develiverd so I keep on top that way. I know it?s not 100% fair since some programs don't advertise with these magazines.

I look at what other people are promoting. I know some bigger sites get to beta test sites and I usually follow a webmaster link until I find a program.

I use this site http://www.sponsorslist.com/ allot as well. It used to be run by StaurtD but I think Mantis bought it. Very Helpful

I ask my buddies straight up both affiliates and surfers what they would like to see.

I see what webmasters are talking about on Message boards.

It takes on average of 5 times for me to see a program before I join it. If I find a sponsor and I never heard of them and it doesn?t ring a bell thu then I just may skip it. I will email support and make a judgment call on how well my email is taken care of.

I know I missing a bunch, What are you methods?

Everytime you log in to stats remote, you are taken to their site which updates you with the newest programs added.

On serious note , I used to trade traffic or submit gals to over 70%
of my current affiliates . YAY 4 me ...

Good advise ............. I also check who is linking to them and do search on negative comments about the program site. Then I join the program or not

Know your niche and your own traffic... what sells, where and why ... shop for your affliate sponsor after.
