Just thought that I need to share it with you.
On my paysite I had globill as primary processor a while back and ccbill as backup. Ratio between primary/backup sales were like 95/5
so on 95 sales through globill I was getting 5 sales through ccbill.
Once I decided to put ccbill as primary and ratio primary/backup became 50/50 on 50 sales at main processor ccbill I was getting 50 sales at globill (backup).
I was blaming ccbill at that time as you may guess.
but recently I have found out why it was like that! It wasn't CCBILL's fault.
surfers simply didn't understand standard CCBILL form, they didn't know where to click, I found it out hard way through getting emails from surfers who could not join with globill and simply didn't understand how to signup with backup processor and were complaining.
I had nice text links for globill and standard CCBILL form for ccbill.
Now I have text links for both CCBILL and GLOBILL
also I've put CCBILL as primary and globill as backup and I'm almost not getting sales through backup now! CCBILL eats them all ;-)
so my advice to everybody who have standard CCBILL form on their join page - try text link you ratio may go up, unless your surfers are all smart ;-)

by "standard CCBILL join form" i mean the form which ccbill puts by default usually in http://domain.com/ccbill/ with buttons 'instant credit card access" , "yes bill my bank account" etc

i have never in my entire life seen a site that uses the standard domain.com/ccbill as their join form =)
