You can tell anyone you want to about this thread, I'd figure that most of my salespeople have already seen it when you started with your childish name calling. Quote:

Many declines are because of insufficient funds on the credit card.

BTW, read the entire thread and you will notice the lil cut and paste from a decline email i got that was due to CCBILL being DOWN. Was that my fault? no. But you had to run your mouth like a stupid bitch and be proved wrong. You have lost any ability to save face. We will see what happens on monday. Be sure that i will follow up with Jeff. And if he doesnt put you in your place, then I will understand why ccbill will never grow. |
I think I may have found your answer - check out my post that I just made.
Good luck dealing with CCBill, I for one will no longer be!!! Luke |
If the average reseller could see how many of their potential signups were lost due to bank declines they would sit down and cry for an hour.
This holds true across all processors, or even with your own merchant account. Its caused mostly by our pricing strategies. Say you offer a $2.95 trial with a $29.95 rebill (very common) Joe Surfer KNOWS his card will clear for $2.95, and in his mind that's all he's spending today. But the processor runs a pre-auth on the card for the whole $30, to reserve the funds on the card so they can be rebilled in 3 days. If Joe Surfer doesn't have the whole $30 available, he gets declined by the bank, and it doesn't matter who processes your transactions. On another note, why do people insist on getting into dick measuring contests with KK? You already know hers is bigger than yours :winkwink: |
You are a complete idiot you know that pimpdog?
You should be glad it's me you're talking to this way and not someone in support or tech since I'd terminate your account and ban you from ever using CCBill. And for the record, I answer to one person at CCBill and he's the guy that signs the pay checks. You keep up your name calling and your insulting little slurs -- obviously that's all you can manage. YOU do more for your reputation than anything I can say or do ever would. My comment on your perceived problem did not mention you being stupid, as a matter of fact I didn't call you that until well after your foul mouth started spewing. But keep in mind that I won't forget what you've said here, and things in this industry change faster than the weather. ------------------- Now on to productive things - "Its caused mostly by our pricing strategies. " ------------------------------- Actually Lenny2 the way the system works is a bit different UNLESS you are running a free trial. When a customer is running a paid trial for 2.95, that is all that is authorized and charged on the card. The rebill amount isn't authorized until the time of the rebill, which is where alot of surfers don't make the cut since they don't have 30 bucks left on their card to spend. What CCBill does in that instance is keep on attempting to rebill the card for 6 more days, hoping that the surfer pays his bill and has some more credit available. In the case of a free trial, the entire amount is pre-auth'd against the card, so the decline rate on free trials is quite a bit higher than on low cost trials, due to the very thing you describe. You can't give the surfer free access for the trial, since you know he can't pay at the end. You aren't doing a rebill so you only have one shot at getting the card to go thru for the free trial. |

lol, you dumb bitch, you think ANYONE here respects you? think again, if any of these people even knew what you looked like, they wouldnt even talk to you. but beside that, I talk to tech support and customer service all the time and i get along great with them. You must have not read the thread like i asked you too. again typical cunt just doing what she wants and not re thinking before they react or speak., You are a nobody sales rep lol, you have no pull in this business what so ever, other than the fact you have a cunt and guys think you might be decent looking, inwhich you are not. You have no decission making skills what so ever, you are a car salesman, thats it.

Interesting the more you post, the more you remind me of spacedog. |
Ok recent update, i have kimmy kim's logs that she was using aol and created 2 accounts to one of my sites for 99.99 in test mode. In english this means that a ccbill employee turned my account back into test mode because only a ccbill employee can do this, also the ccbill tech helped me out quite abit and showed me some proof it was kimmy kim via ip tracking and also looking up her previous posts on other boards using aol addresses.
Plus on top of that she made this threat earlier in this thread about doing something. I have ip logs, a public threat and 2 test signups from a ccbill employee out of the blue for no reason turning my account into test mode. I will be dealing with patrick and jeff monday over this issue and also checking on the legality of it. If this isnt proof enough for the people here at gfy then i dont know what is. If you guys still think this cunt is usefull at all in any way, and handles business in an ethical manner, then you are fucked up. Regardless of the words i use in addressing her or the things i called her, it is highly unacceptable for an employee of a company (ccbill) to engage in activity like this. Im not even pissed off, im actually glad she did it. Now lets see what kind of company ccbill really is and see how they deal with this bitch. |
Obviously you've lost whatever powers of reasoning you had left pal.
As far as legal issues go, I doubt you've ever been on the instigating or the receiving end of a suit, or you'd be much more careful in the names and accusations you've been slinging around on this board. As to your comments of my doing anything regarding your account, you'll be retracting and apologizing for those by Monday afternoon. |

I give my right hand that a lot of people respect KimmyKim here including me, no matter how she looks like. I know one thing - she's always helpful when I hit her up on icq with some questions or requests no matter how busy she is.
but guess how many people respect you pimpdog? :321GFY a couple of morons like you maybe :1orglaugh |
KK if you aren't guilty, why do you keep defending yourself and post replies ? :arcadefre

pimpdog, your level of sheer stupidity is mind boggling.

Ask yourself this -- if CCBill sucks so bad -- why are they the most popular processor? I think KimmyKim's original post was very helpful -- change your signup page to include the picture of the check, etc. What else do you want? A blowjob? Do you really think CCBill has some kindof of covert motive to get you declines? Chill... Have a glass of wine or a cigar...
I still don't know how you came up with this 1:5 # -- I wouldn't mind seeing some averages for the various processors... that would be helpful information -- but if you base this ratio on just a few signups -- that's really pointless. KimmyKim has been in enough flame wars to know she doesn't have to kiss anyone's ass on GFY... KimmyKim has my respect -- and yes I saw her at a party once and I don't know what your problem is with her looks... Anyway I don't think anyone takes this thread seriously -- because you sound like me when I drink too much tequila... I've got to give CCBill props for being the only processor w/ employees that actually have taken the time to get to know me on a personal level... or to spend time reading GFY either. How do you expect any "professional" behavior on GFY -- get a fucking clue man -- don't you remember IBill Cathy? We scared her off the first week she was hired! Haha... Quote:

But I was right about your dick being bigger wasn't I? :winkwink: |
LOL Lenny, I don't really know how other processors handle their situations, I only work for CCBill. I would imagine they do it in a similar manner, since the cc's have really strict rules about how and what you can do with cards and transactions but nothing I would know for sure.
As to the five sales a day thing, that was a simple enough guess. If he'd said 1 in 10, I'd have guessed it was ten sales a day, geez... :) |
