    What makes the doctors in Thailand 1,000 times better at boob jobs than the fucked up hack jobs I've seen here in LA?

    I mean if you can give a man a better boob job than 90% of the ones women have here in LA, there's something different going on over there.

          I think the secret for a nice boob job is how does the boobs look like BEFORE the surgery and how big you actually get them. Maybe Thai chicks just have better boobs then american chicks in the beginning. Or maybe they just dont go from 32AA to 42FFF. One thing women should understand; boob jobs usually enhance the SIZE of the boobs and nothing else.

So this leads me back to my original question before my stalker jumped in here. How or why is it that Thai Plastic surgeons can do such a better job than LA Plastic surgeons? Do they have different techniques or do they use different materials? Or do LA surgeons just suck and want the quick buck and don't care about the quality? Or is it like MediaChick says and have something to do with the muscular development?

                                                                                                                                                                          As for your question...I think it's a combo of early hormone treatment, smaller implants and stronger pecs that can make a trannies boob job look good.
                                                                                                                                                                          In L.A. they are generally putting disproportionate tits on a woman and that has the potential to look bad. Sagging, too much seperation, etc.
                                                                                                                                                                          I'm sure there are good L.A. boob jobs on women and lousy boob jobs on Thai men. A lot depends on the doctor's skill.
