Good Question, yes I am the guy who ran into the situation in Saint Louis with the bogus case in which I won and the models were not prostitutes. I was given everything back and charges dropped to sum it all up. But thanks for remembering.

The way my service works - to answer your question - if you were to place a personal use request - as private video collectors do - you are to pay to get the content created, pay the models, location etc, however you would not be required to pay production cost for me to shoot, direct, edit, take stills etc in regards to production, thus you are not to sell the content cause you would not have that right to do so since I was not compensated for the production cost. Keeping the cost of the shoot lower for the private customer not lookin to sell the content for profit. I, in return for shooting the content at no charge, am the copyright holder and can license or sell the content to whom I wish. Thus profiting from my loss for the production.

Business use customers have other options since the requests would be for business use. Please read the terms and agreement in its entirety ... its not hard to interpret whats being stated.

I have done very well with this service and its not ran any different than how it was when I was in Saint Louis.

Well Im sorry that has happened to you, but I have samples of my content and I just placed a sample clips at the website. Its of a model whose site Im working on helping her develop. I have many customers that I shoot for and will soon be relaunching this website if I decide to remain content shooting.

Furthermore I decided to list the agencies versus locating the models on my own due to time consumption. I dont have the time to be out looking for models like I did when I was in Saint Louis. Its not worth my time, not to mention how cheap many of you try to be when submitting your requests.

I would prefer to deal with agencies who do just that, look for new girls etc.

That allows me to get shoots done faster and increase the percentage of shoots that will be cancelled due to flaking girls. However girls flake regardless if they are represented or not, but we must admit those chances are a lot slimmer if they are represented.

All of the work that I do to get content out to my customers, looking for models etc would take a lot of time and I simply prefer not to do it that way.

If you wish not to do business thats fine, however I still post here every so often as I did today. Im not new to GFY, this profile is because I simply lost nor remember my other profile information. I have been in this business going on 7 years and Im pretty known, however I primarily shot my own content for a while and began shooting content for others in 2003.

Im working on other avenues at this point, I have recently relocated since my win over my case in Saint Louis and trying to recover from the major loss I took. The case just concluded at the end of 2005. And I just moved here to California going on 5 months ago. So Im still getting situated and seeking to gain the clientele I lost during the year I fought the state.

Well that's what I get told when I point out the clearly obvious.

Try shooting and brokering via 4-5 different content brokers, you will soon find that pays a lot more than custom. Assuming people will buy your content and you can fund the shoots.

why would he needs funds for shoot when people pay him to shoot, and then he sells their content to the public! hahahaha

I thought about doing that actually and I am considering it. A lot of the requests that I get now days from private collectors are getting worse and worse lol. Many of them I cant sell the content cause they arent of an adult nature which is the reason I placed that attention tag on the site.

And of course my business customers want exclusive so there is a flat fee for the production cost etc which is nice, no complaints there at all.

So I may just look around to locate some content brokers cause it has been a direction I had considered a while ago.

Any information that you can share with me in regards to locating some content brokers would be very appreciated.

Business Use = Pay models, location, agent, AND PRODUCTION COST for exclusive content ... add $500.00 - $1000.00 for exclusive content.

Business Use option = Same as Personal Use however they are given a license to use the content and I license the content to other companies to make up my loss for shooting the content at no charge - $500.00 - $1000.00 up front savings

Its simple and doesnt take a rocket scientist to understand or interpret. If you think its bullshit then dont place an order, its simple.
