Greedy piece of shit Lawyers
So I get a notice from Hilton Hotels about a class action settlement, http://www.hiltonresortfeesettlement.com/ explaining I am in a class that 'may have paid' a resort fee. Some moron from Chicago got pissed because he stayed at a resort in FL and had to pay a RESORT FEE he claims he did not know about.
What fricking moron stays at a resort and does not know there will be a resort fee?
What peeves me is the total monies given back to the class is a little over $3 million, the attorneys that got this suit classified as class action are getting 1/3 of the total pot.
Now, this is a small settlement amount, almost laugable that an attorney would go after, but it seems like I am getting notices of class action proposes settlements weekly.
I know many of you got one about yahoo fees, and what exactly do the settlment class members get? shit. Nothing, just the fucking attorneys getting several million dollars.
