The sick sad part of this bullshit is that Congress gave the telecom companies billions back in the 90's to make the next generation of internet, and had a timeline for blazing speeds that compared to some of the countries we hear about now.

The telco's spent the loot, and want more.

I ran an IP6 IRC server back in 2002. It's been here just not wide spread.
