Anyone else have this happen with ePassporte?

So 4 years ago or so I only accepted paypal as a design studio payment option, some guy wanted to pay me by epassporte so he setup a gift account for me. I dont even know this guy, I dont remember his name, nothing, its been quite awhile since then.

So yesterday, I log into my epass account and its temp suspended because the asshat who setup the gift account for me didn't verify his account.

So even though epass has my credit card info on file, I have run tens of thousands of dollars through the account over the years, I cant take the money thats in it out of the account and when sponsors send me payments (Which 95% of them use epass with me as payout option) they will bounce back as "declined". All because some asshat I dont know 4 years ago didn't verify his account.

Has this happened to anyone? And what is the logic behind this to suspend the account?

Keyser Soze has been great, he is looking into everything for me, so thank you to him, but I am starting this thread in an attempt to have ePassporte remove this ridiculous tactic. The money in the account is mine, they own the account, not the money. I worked for it, I want it.
