You have not seen a nice car till you go to Jupiter or Boca. My friend from Boca rolls in a '06 Corvette and an Audi S4. A black 3 series bimmer is like having a toyota around these parts. Which gets more attention and girls love it more than any other car I've ever ridden in or driven. It's up there with this asian dude's Lambo I got a ride in. However, a lot has to be said for what you look like.


If you are a 5'2 tall asian guy with a Lambo or a Ferrari, or both.... chances are when you get out of the car you won't have the same appeal. I'm glad I'm 6'4 and have my own style to me, I think I fit my car perfectly.

There are only 3-4 Supras in this entire town, many more Lambos, Ferraris, 1000's of Mercedes, and I swear, at least 10k BMWs.

you've said multiple times that smart girls think you are a dick. are you? i mean, if chicks don't like you then having a nice car doesn't matter. also, in college girls seem to like smart down to earth nice guys who wear jeans and flip flops moreso than the guys walkin' around like they have something to prove; and that's comin' from someone who went to school in santa barbara which is a reasonably upscale area with lots of gold diggers (though they tend moreso to be the girls past college). once you graduate and are lookin' for chicks 25-30, then the nice car will make more of a difference, but for now relax, just have fun and keep it casual and don't forget to party (as if you could). if you're a likable guy then you will get those smart college girls that way naturally.

Huggles... Your Supra is nice and I'm sure it's quick as shit. It's just not something I could ever drive, as I'm not into customized cars much. I used to put all my money into my cars until I realized that if I can't take a car off the lot and enjoy driving it stock, than I shouldn't take it off the lot. In response to your comment about them being rare, there are quite a few in Vegas (comparable to Z's). I know of 4 people with them. I know a lot more people with 3 Series's however, and only 1 with a 5.

To be honest, I get more compliments on the Z from people than anything. Always makes me smile when an older guy oogles at my car when I'm at a gas station asking a million questions because his wife makes him drive a minivan. On the flip side, I've had more than a few ladies ask me about "the porsche"... Non-car affeciandos assume the Z is a Porsche for some odd reason. They're always shocked to hear it's a Nissan.

Regardless, this thread boils down to this: If you like nice cars, but them and enjoy them...Don't buy them to turn heads or score pussy. If you are comfortable in fine threads, go for them! If it's just an act to pull pussy, get comfortable and let your confidence sell yourself.

i never went for the great cars/dressed up guys. to me, that said "has ego" or "dickhead" or "player".

i went for the guys with white tshirts, old jeans and sneakers, baseball cap, stuble on face, and drove a beater car. that sends the "im humble and nice" vibe.
