Sounds interesting. Are you doing greenscreens so the sites can make transparent "walk-around" vids? That's the biz (in SoCal) I'm wanting to get off the ground. Been doing some experiments with lip syncing Anime Studio cartoons and Poser characters, and the results are interesting, but not quite there yet.

The problem is the "very inexpensive" part if you're shooting fresh content for each customer. When it gets too inexpensive, you run into the customers that don't want to pay anything, and they just do it themselves.
