I will never forget the look on your face when you showed up during dinner and said "My Hummer was stolen". Having anything that belongs to you taken just makes you feel so violated and then to have it happen to two of the most kickass people I know. Bah. Anyways, I am glad they found it but, I hope there wasn't too much damage to it and I hope you get everything straightened out soon. Post some pics when you can.

Survival packs were awesome, although when Tonda saw there were 6 condoms per pack she was like "wow six condoms and we're only here 3 nights, he's pretty optimistic." I had to tell her not everyone There was a married couple.

Im glad you got it back.

Finally back....so I'll hopefully have the pics up soon....Here's a synopsis.....they stripped everything from inside, spray painted the back windows and installed a nice little black curtain to hide their friends. The body is actually ok except for the fact that it looks like they dragged crowbars across every inch of the body. The under carriage is messed up to as they basically picked a real rugged part of the border and just drove. There was another truck behind them to.

The funniest part is that after driving 2 hours to the tow yard right at the border I look in the truck and there are these 3 nicely installed knobs on the dash board that made me wonder whether it was even my truck...until the tow guy explained that they no longer go through the ignition system...they just install their own!

So...hopefully they'll total it as the entire body needs replacing, chrome step bars gone, seats all gone, interior all gone....

Guess they were smuggling aliens huh. Hummer would be a good way to do it, but exactly the wrong people you want to have your passports . . . and your home address.

We thought about that and we all got our passports about 5 years ago so the addresses are thankfully wrong! Not that it makes it any less painful!

That is amazing!! I really hope they total it for you guys! It would be such a shame if you had to deal with anymore than you already have!
