Who do you reccomend for FOREIGN BILLING Services?
I am looking at and trying to find and line up processors to cover as much of the globe as possible to allow transactions to come in... So my question is this to program owners ..

What processors are you using to cater to a specific area of the world and or country?

We all know of CCBILL, EPOCH and mayeb a couple others but looking to find the well not so well known that really cover a market that isn't able to be tapped by cbill and epoch quite so effectively...

ASIA, SOUTH AMERICA, EUROPE ?????

LocalBilling is the answer if they will take you, they limit the number of customers as to provide the best service possible!

Also, 365billing has some great solutions in that realm as well.
