now over THREE hours.
don't have an icq for them, don't even know who "they" are anymore.
i called their customer center more than three hours ago and they claimed that techs would be alerted. why am i skeptical?

yep, and their email redirects and bounces back...
and their customer service was supposed to call their emergency contact but obviously didnt.
