I've dated two guys that were uncut.

US parents are having their kids circumsized a LOT less often these days. I think for guys who are 20 or under, probably somewhere between 20 and 40% in the US are uncut, vs about 3 or 4% 20 years ago.

Im not sure that amputation as an alternative to washing is a good thing.

As for penis, I don't care either way. I've never seen an uncut one, except pics, and even then I can never tell the difference because they're always erect. That would be one of the last things on my list of priorities in a guy.
