How often do you backup your Outlook?
How often do you guys backup your Outlook? Also, what's the process for doing this? Can you do it within Outlook or do you need a seperate program? I'd like to backup my contacts, calendar and mail. |

				 | I run a backup every night to my backup drives. Not just Outlook but all my work. With hard drive prices being so cheap it only makes sense |

				 | I run backups of my PC daily but if you wanted to do it manually 1. Go to File > Import and Export 2. Choose "Export to a file" 3. select "Personal Folder File" I'm sure you can take it from there. There are also Outlook backup programs. Do a quick google search and you'll find a whole bunch. -A |
