Ive been using them for my webhosting, and the last few days my site has been down because of their servers. Even their homepage doesnt work, and I cant get ahold of them.

Their page is up for me right now. Have you done a traceroute, it could be your ISP...

Yeah the homepage is back up, but their help and support pages are 404'ing.

avoid them like the plague.

1planhost was purchased by "WHP" (Web Hosting Plus) which is well known in the industry for running companies into the ground and screwing their customers.

Do a simple search on www.webhostingtalk.com and you'll see the devistation they'ved caused.

When a host causes problems, just look for another one, plenty of cheap bandwidth these days ...

Update: Ive had some friends tell me my site works for them, but still wont load on my computer. I cant even log into my server.
