It doesn't happen suddenly, you just didn't see it coming. I've been through it and it sucks.

If you can, get out of the house or do something that you wouldn't normally do. Try to get your mind off of it.

And, put away the pictures and don't listen the music that reminds you of her. It's going to hurt for awhile.
