Batch convert mpg to wmv
I got around 30 GB of movie content I need converted from MPG to WMV format, also looking to change the bitrate.
What is the best tool to do that with?

video charge has its uses but generally i think its a cheap piece of garbage - despite that i use it pretty often
windows media encoder is fast but not as easy to batch with, a higher learning curve. cleaner xl and/or canopus pro coder are solid.

if you are looking for a high end solution check out http://www.telestream.net/products/flipfactory.htm it has all the features you can think of and more. once it's set up and running it does a great job.
