Any news on 4472/2272 re: secondary producer
Affilates use sponsors pictures on their site without documents could be in great legal risk even though the primary producers are the custodian of the documents.
Do you actually ask the sponsor send you the documents? Then how can I be sure that the documents are real. If there is a problem with the document, wouldn't I, the affilates, be the one responsible for publishing the content? We are talking about 5 years jail term here.

Maybe we should host the website offshore.. anyone has any idea? The law is so new, it has not been tested in the court..but it does make me think twice before getting into this business

I sold all of my hardcore sites with the passing of the 4472 secondary producer legislation. I've moved on to other methods of marketing, and am waiting this one out to see what happens.
none of the affiliate programs I was promoting were interested in sharing their 2257 docs with me, not that I can blame them. |

you would think that... I know I would, but that doesn't seem to be the case these days...
Check with a good lawyer though, don't expect legal advice you can count on from gfy.... |

I would not be giving out any IDs of models, unless you have been with me for a while and I know you.
