I've seen other images used in adds and such. Possible to take a look at the members area so I can make sure none of our stuff is there? (People grap a lot of our old stuff off the newgroups which was posted by an old member, we have never posted to newsgroups ourselves.)

Thanks for letting me know about any copyright infrigments. I bought a few of the sites with some content on them and have already had to remove a picture set. What URL have you found the pictures on? I have a lot of sites and I could find the texts used on the sites I checked.

I'm done fucking around with these guys. They have all been issued DCMA's for the offending content and failed to listen. Now I'm going to go after them for the thieft. I'm giving them the weekend to stop using my content to promote their crap or I bring in the lawyers and yes, I do have a firm on retainer. I have documented this infringment for awhile now, and have sent DMAC letters to hosts, domain owners etc. Including original watermarked images that have been edited by the offender to remove my watermark and use for their own means. Take this as the last warning.

I have 3 others on my shit list also so far... but I will be dealing with them 1 at a time...
