That's one of the many reasons why Microsoft has such a bad reputation. Lack of transparency is one of their huge problems. Also, it's the main reason why I have two computers right beside this one running Linux. :winkwink:

Yeah, but they take forever to do it, which is another source of strong critique towards them.
