I have found a list of ip's and need to merge the list into a list of IP ranges. Any tool for this? Thaks

Give an example of what each list looks like. Are these just text file lists of ips that need to be merged properly (one being of ip's one being of ip ranges XX.XX.XX.XX - XX.XX.XX.XX)? drop a few from each list in a post here so i can see what you are trying to achieve.

If the IPs are all over the place, how can you merger them?
