    Where the hell did TMZ.com come from?

    I knew nothing about it. The site looks dumb. Yet they're on CNN all the time. Are they part of Time Warner?

          Harvey Levin started it. he's been on tv doing the peoples court, court tv and guest apperances on entertainment tv-type shows.
