they have very good support and everything is just perfect!

bluegravity is up all the time, but their prices are really out of date. 2-3 bucks per GB when everyone else is charging $1
Their support is bad & its almost impossible to reach them off business hours.

Its basically a server with a REALLY BIG PIPE.

The only Customer i lost was using a hacked Version of CJultra and Thought since his CJultra Was hacked it was stable and i told him he kept crashing one of the servers. In any case losing that customer was not a big deal. All the rest are pretty happy.
