I’ll change it regardless but is it legal to use that word for those in US? I mean the files are all lolita-001.jpg .. so if that ever gets out as free content there could be some problems????

You changing it would be obvious..
Just wonder why she'd be so, not too bright to use it as her name..

If it's an attempt to lure those looking for such, it would just bring disappointment to the weirdos and not do her much good.. IMO..

it was e. european content so I guess its not the same there. I was just glad I saw it before passing that content to my "Toby" that puts it in the script for updates..

The name is usd in latin american countries without any nasty conotation. Here it's diffferent. Deriving from Nabokov's novel, in the marketing of pornography, it is used to refer to a female who is younger than the age of consent. I'd may be chose a more favorable name. Bonita?

You'll also get problems with billing companies who spider your site for terms like this.

I'd refrain, if I were you. No official will probably give you a straight answer about weither or not it's ok (because they change their mind daily), so I'd avoid the trouble. I'd just rename the files, personally.

Another thougt: just take the "lo" off the beginning of the title, so it's lita001.jpg, etc.
                      Thats less trouble, i'd imagine.
