This could be very life changing indeed

go for it, man. and good luck. :)

He is definitely lower then 9% bf though. I hit 10% and was not seeing any veins popping over my abs like that. Plus, I didn't have the separation in the calfs like him.
Back up to 14% bf today myself. Was in the midst of a succesful bulk when life punched me in the nuts. :) Donny, I say do it. I went from 215 -> 175 and it made a huge difference for me. Took me over a year to do it too. 3 Months is nothing. |

Jan to Sept is a few more than 3 months
|
I'm already a muscle machine, what he can do for ME? :)
|
3 months might not make as big of a difference as you'd think. I mean you'll certainly see gains, but you won't be in great shape after only 3 months.
Consider, I started January 1st at 240 pounds, 24% bodyfat working with a very good personal trainer, running and doing jiu jitsu. It adds up to about 20 hours a week in a gym, more or less. I also controled my diet, watching everything I ate and following strict calorie limits. It took ~6 months to from 240 pounds to about 175 pounds. Pure fat loss. I did lose a little muscle, but not very much. now I'm 9 and a half months in and back to 190 pounds but 12% body fat. I'd recommend you go for it, it'll make a world of difference in your life. |
