My guess would be her husband did it, or her husband sent the video out to some friends while bragging and they put it out. Just doesn't seem likely that someone would "steal" the video from them. Something has to be very fishy about all of this.

They just got married so it would not of been filmed that long ago.

Surely one would not misplace such a tape, specially if it was the very first one you ever made.

You also would expect if someone stole it, from the hotel room, baggage, house, whatever. A super stink would of been raised, as well Jordan may have warned Steve, filed police report etc. Trust me on such a first experience and in such a short time you would know if it was missing.

Someone broke in, duplicated it and then well.... ok very unlikely. Just like stolen scenario one would also have to know whom she is on the web.

Logically someone showed it to someone else, turned their back long enough for a copy to be made, or is using the stolen excuse to try and turn a fast buck. Whoever did it needed to know who she was, why it would be valuable, and of course have seen it or was told about it by one of the participants.
