So, where is this airport we are supposed to meet at? Is there long term parking available? What time? Are there multiple bus rides down there or is it make it the first time or you will be hitchhiking?

we will be all meeting at the south east corner of the district airport. There is a bar called birdies. Parking is available but that is about a 10 minute walk from birdies.
