and that's if ya even get the content from what my clients are telling me . . and yet no webmnasters are willing to pay realistic prices for LA content . . they want me to find and book models, produce shoots, then do all the editing and deliver HQ pro/am content for what a guy a 'jack in the box' makes in a day . .

yes and the fact the affiliate programs pop up every other day and off the webmaster outrageous deal like 100% on the sale and 75% recurring etc, and these are guys that will be out of biz in 3 months, yet now the webmasters are expecting these deals from 'real' affiliate programs . . same with content . 400 guys showed up in LA shooting for sites that don't even exist any more but they did manage to raise the cost of models 200% before they failed in their biz efforts . . leaving real shooters and programs with a load of crap on thier hands

Solo girl scenes exclusive are selling for the price of less than 10 sales. I'm sure you can sell more than 10 times. Add to that the magazine sales and you can make real money.

Shoot hardcore and the DVD sales will make up a large part of the profit.

If you can't bother to open a content store just broker it via the brokers.

The market has for years insisted traffic is KING, EXCLUSIVE is what makes a site work and any clown can point a camera at a naked girl and produce porn.

Now we have shit content, on crap sites all telling the affiliates it's exclusive and they get 100% a sign up. Then converting at 1-2,000.

Great original content is KING, traffic sticks to it, and no surfer will buy shit, exclusive shit or not.

Look around at the top sites, not programs, and you will see one consistent thing. Great content.

Most of it is shot by the site owners or the site owners are paying out good money to have it produced. Yes most of the sites are exclusive or a mix. Simple really they can control the level of quality and theme the content by going exclusive.

Do not look at programs that started 6 years ago and have massive traffic engines and say "If Mega-top-extreme-bucks-cash.com can do it with shit content so can I. It's 2006 and the surfer is a bit more savvy today.

Guys dont forget that many content shooters in Russia start with minimal equipment and trying to save as much as possible. I agree there are sets and its very easy to recognise that its made in Russia with very low budget

In Soviet Union all country were using the same wallpappers and furniture. There were only few choices in reality so all country were looking the same

Most of it is still like that in most of cities. And well designed appartment cost about 500usd+ to rent per day. When we come to shoot there it cost at least 1k on locations. Now you need nice clothes and happy looking models. This cost even more lol...

You would surprised how many time I get asked to shoot exclusive and then told I'm more expensive than who they have got shooting.

When I ask them why are they looking around, they tell me he's not very good and they want us to shoot. They want our level, but at prices that I will not work at.

And I'm talking about big programs. They expect a shooter to do 10 scenes in a day with a girl, they think I should work myself and the model into the ground. It all drives the product of what we sell down to the lowest level.

Making it harder for affiliates to sell and the site to retain. My suggestion is look at what the surfer gets and make these programs take content seriously.

I agree there are sets and its very easy to recognise that its made in Russia with very low budget In Soviet Union all country were using the same wallpappers and furniture. There were only few choices in reality so all country were looking the same Most of it is still like that in most of cities. And well designed appartment cost about 500usd+ to rent per day. When we come to shoot there it cost at least 1k on locations. Now you need nice clothes and happy looking models. This cost even more lol...
