What counts is how much $$ you make with a program in a reasonable time span, lets say, in one year.

Short term conversion rates mean nothing. They can be a short lived bubble because you were lucky enough to hit the right TGP. Neither do conversion rates resulting from micro traffic. Let's say you have a 1:80 but only 100 uniques a day you are not making any money. If you have 1000 uniques a but convert only well during a couple of days of the month you don't make that much either.

In order to rate if this is something spectacular we need to know how many uniques you had over a long period of time. If you have that ratio with 10.000 uniques a day over a time period of a year, or so, it's definately something.

I have people who do 1:20 all day long, no shit... they average 5-10+ sales a day, They have done this well for a year plus... Pre targeting very well works wonders on actual ratios...

You must be doing crazy traffic laundering. These are not straight TGP traffic stats. Most probably you are sending it to your own page with crazy filtering.

You boyz can tell me what you want. I run several paysites, have affiliates, run affiliates and my ratio averages around 550 long term. That's not even considered bad. I personally know owners of several very busy sites that rank in the lower 5 digits on Alexa, and their ratios aren't much better.

If everybody else here converts 1:90 or 1:20 long term, this means either that I and the other site owners don't know their shit, or that some people are full of it. You decide.
