Can you make it so that people dont have to be registered in order to comment?
I think Ill have more comments if people dont need to register and can post anonymously |

Yes, but you'll also get loads of spam...but here's how:
Under Options in your admin area there's a sub category named "Discussion"...in there just deselect every option under "Before a comment appears:" and viola.
