dude if you're just about to launch I suggest going back and doing some research lol... You sound like you're just starting out, if you have a per signup program you better have a hefty back account to start off the first few months...if your revshare isnt at least 60/40 consider yourself screwed.... and get somemore sites designed before you act like it's the return of jesus christ himself with the unveiling of your program.... there im done venting,good luck! lol

my advice would be that if you dont know how to market the sites member section properly, the 2.95 trial thing will sink you.

prior to launching an "Affiliate Program" you should always test the conversions,,,, this should take at least 2 months of building up memberships,,, especially with people that don't have no experience in the business,,,
