Whats a free image software that will change hue colors?
I need something thats free that will change the hue on some images so I can redesign a site.

Do they attach spyware/adware to their software? I had to reformat because the last software I downloaded had endless adware I couldnt get rid of

Nope that's why I always go there. They check and rate everything. It will say if there is nagware found. Also check nonags.com.
