Got a new PC to replace my main one.. how to transfer EVERYTHING?

Instead of using XP's files and transfer wizard, how can I move over all my programs and settings and passwords?

a while back I'd just plug both HD's together and use a program like Maxtor's Max Blast to create a clone and all was good, but now this new computer's got SATA and I don't want to open this one up, anyone know what I can use that will transfer everything over?

Save the headaches and daily asprin intake, fresh windows install.
From now on keep only program files on C and other stuff you use on a different drive.

Maybe I didn't write it clear enough then

I'm looking for a program that will copy everything from my current computer over to the new one, with all programs intact with settings, such as passwords.

Rather than reinstalling, and reimporting everything
