Use to use galeon back in the day, but havnt for a very long time, since i've mainly been using Mac OSX the past couple years. Safari is good, its quick and simple, but lately Firefox has been winning out. I've also always like Opera.

Just because I have this info on my desk and it relates to this question. Here is some basic info from my Gay Adult Directory visitors:

BROWSERS;

1). Internet Explorer 83.21%

2). FireFox 9.82%

3). Safari 4.26%

4). Netscape 1.52%

Opera & Mozilla were both less than one percent

SCREEN RESOLUTIONS;

1). 1024x768 or higher 85.27%

2). 800x600 14.73%

CONNECTION SPPEDS

1). Cable/DSL 76.65%

2). Dialup 15.68%

This info should tell gay webmasters that we can build bigger and faster web sites today. If you're site is 800 x 600 your losing a whole lot of web page real estate additionally, we can use hi-rez content in tour designs. Better quality = better conversions. Good Luck

Firefox 4 sure. I have to use IE for some things even though I have the IE plugin for Firefox I still have to use the standard IE. I like the extensions that firefox offers and of course the tabbed browsing features. Even though I prefer Firefox I also see from stats that IE is used 83% of the time by most people but at least FF has made a dent in the monopoly that IE has enjoyed for so long and I think Firefox is constantly improving and will continue to gain popularity as more people use it.
