Yeah, it looks like Tuga was a bit too fast on the trigger here! But you should still pay him 15 or 25 or whatever. He did some work for you as ORDERED and it is your fault that you didnt look at his portefolio.

It really doesn't matter if the pay is $25 or $2,000. The thing is, this guy agreed with Tuga to do the work. Meaning he is obliged to pay the guy even a small fraction of the amount. Look at the person's portfolio first before entrusting him to do the job for you.

There's some scum bags that asked me to do some toon work. He's satisfied with my work. When it's paying time, he disappeared and didn't respond.

That's why I required a deposit before I do some work.

I can so fucking relate to this.

I got somebody who I made toons for...said if he likes it,he'll have me do 6 more of them for their new sites(talks like a bigtime webmaster). I did 2 teen toons for him and took me 2 days to complete them.

then after sending 'em to him, he said something like i'm sorry but we have to back out our plan for those sites. next thing i knew, poof he's gone offline from my ICQ list. foolish of me I didn't watermarked the toons.
