Hard to control. If you let everyone chime in and "expose" people, who's to say that scammers won't start reporting honest people, just to discredit them? Verifying all the info posted would be hell and without verifying it, well... You get the point. :)

He looks like the picture posted at the start of this thread, however that picture was photoshopped. He has very bad skin, E45 Cream 10 times a day style.
