some of you have eaten Roo. what does that taste like?

I don't think Cougar has been mentioned yet. Somebody gave us a dead cougar once and we BBQed it up. It was stringy and dry - horrible eating.

The most exotic animal I've eaten so far are toads--edible and nutritious mountain toads. :thumbsup

Lets see, i think it was chicken in hong kong (hey, its not the US) some snake in Tailand, and and something in Australia. They said it was cow or any normal animal. So, ....yeah.
